Extended Stay America, Inc., was one of the fastest growing company-owned and operated hotel chains in the industry, offering three brands of "extended stay" lodging hotels, designed especially for business travelers in need of affordable, high-quality accommodations for stays of one week or more.
Despite adverse weather conditions and an extremely tight construction schedule, Vantage completed the O'Fallon, Illinois Extended Stay America ahead of schedule. This 3-story, 89-unit complex encompasses over 39,000 square feet, in addition to parking and other hotel amenities.
