Homewood Suites

Development Service Group (DSG) hired Vantage to construct this $7.6 million upscale extended stay hotel in Chesterfield, Missouri. Once completed, Hilton Hotel / Promus Group purchased the hotel from DSG. Both DSG and Promus were very involved in the on-site inspections throughout the construction period.

 

Extensive dirt haul-off and various other site development activities required Vantage's project team to closely coordinate all the trades to get up "out of the ground" during a very wet Spring season. The completed hotel project included 145 upscale suites with separate living and bedroom areas; an interior Courtyard with an outside pool; extensive woodwork in the Lodge, including a large see-through fireplace; an elaborate Pantry Area for complementary breakfasts and Manager's Happy Hours; and other extensive business services, including a large conference room, work out areas and other computer-assisted rooms.

 

Vantage's Project Team was able to substantially complete the entire project within a nine-month period. DSG / Promus personnel expressed their appreciation for the excellent quality of workmanship and commented on how it was among the highest they had ever seen.
