Intoximeters

Intoximeters has been a leader in the breath alcohol detection field for over 60 years.  When they wanted to relocate their corporate headquarters to a more strategic location, Vantage Construction Company was selected as part of a Design/Build Team to perform the renovation work.

 

After Intoximeters purchased a 40-year old building for their new location, we demolished all inside partitions, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems updated to present codes and upgraded finishes to provide an appropriate corporate headquarters for their company.  Work included relocating the main entrance, constructing a handicap access ramp, providing a new elevator to access the lower level classroom, adding windows to the Lab Area and Lunch Room, and incorporating high quality finishes to make the existing building more functional and to meet Intoximeter’s corporate requirements.

 

The client was very satisfied with Vantage Construction Company’s quality of workmanship and the turnover of the building when committed.
