Paul Cerame Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Dealership selected Vantage Construction Company to renovate their existing Ford dealership and join their Lincoln/Mercury unit into the same building.  For Motor required a new “Brand Wall Façade” for these combined dealerships at select areas across the Country.

 

The main challenge encountered during the renovation was to keep the dealership open during construction and to provide a safe environment for their customers.  All salesmen were relocated to temporary sales offices in front of the building and landscaped areas were added to dress up the temporary offices.

 

The Cerames were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, the functioning of the Design/Build Team and the accomplishment of work within the specified parameters.
