TGI Fridays
Construction of a new 6,700 square foot T.G.I. Friday's at the Primrose Marketplace in Springfield, Missouri met its completion date in spite of extensive drawing coordination and subcontractor changes, wet weather and a 121 day start-to-completion time frame.
Throughout construction, Vantage worked with T.G.I. Friday's corporate management to incorporate numerous updates to the restaurant's design. Extensive woodworking and kitchen equipment installations stayed on schedule. Outside, Vantage maneuvered within a tight outlot, to avoid any disruption to neighboring businesses.
T.G.I. Friday's is a privately held company that began catering to the singles crowd of New York City in 1965. Since that time, its popularity has spread nationwide, as well as through Europe and the Far East.
